NPDES Annual Report

The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) annual report to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board is compiled in compliance with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Rocklin, in addition to other Placer County municipalities, submits this report to address its stormwater management program.
