Rocklin Community Services offers a youth cheerleading program for girls in grades 1-6. This program is led by professional coaches from American Powerhouse Trampoline & Tumbling, home of American Cheer Explosion (ACE) and cheerleaders from local high school. Participants learn cheers and chants to be performed during our NFL Flag Football and Shoot the Rock Basketball games on Saturdays. No stunts will be taught. Squads will be formed by school and age. All participants will receive a shirt and pom-poms. Participants are required to wear black shorts on game days.
