Spike the Rock Youth Volleyball League
For all you young volleyball players in grades 5-8, Rocklin Recreation is partnering with Lincoln Recreation to offer an action packed 8-week instructional league with practices on Thursday evenings and scheduled matches on Sunday afternoons. All league participants receive a T-shirt!

Spike the Rock Volleyball Conditioning
A winter conditioning program is offered on Sunday afternoons to allow participants to prepare for our spring volleyball league starting in April.
