The City of Rocklin Sports and Fitness program proudly offers the NFL Football League for boys and girls, grades 3-12. Practices are scheduled between 3:00 and 9:00 pm on weekdays at local school sites with games conducted on Saturdays. This is a non-contact, coed, 5-on-5 league. All participants receive an official NFL reversible jersey. Participants must attend the Mandatory Team Development Day and Punt, Pass & Kick Competition. This is a popular program. Early registration is recommended as space is limited.
