Rest & Renew Yoga
For when you're in need of deep relaxation- this is the class for you. Restorative yoga allows the body and mind to completely let go. We'll use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help the body to naturally expand in a series of reclined poses. You will be supported by the props in a way that allows you to calm the body and the mind. You'll leave feeling refreshed, clear, and ready for your life! This class is for ALL LEVELS and no prior experience is needed.
