Gordon L. Holt is the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Rocklin. Holt came to the City of Rocklin in 1999 from the City of Fortuna. Holt holds an AA degree from Chabot Junior College in 1979, and a BA degree in Recreation Administration in 1983 from Humboldt State University. | |
