Rick Forstall

Rick Forstall began his career in Public Services in 1988 where he served as Superintendent of Parks, Beaches and Marine for the City of Long Beach in Southern California. He relocated to Northern California and in 2005 joined the City of Rocklin’s Management team as Parks and Facilities Operations Manager.
Rick was appointed to Director of Public Services in May 2011. He attended Pasadena City College, California State University Los Angeles, and California State University Pomona, and holds a degree in Business Administration.
