Suspected Bay Area Frisbee Bandit Arrested in Rocklin
A 4th Street resident interrupted a burglar inside his home on Saturday afternoon. The suspect fled with the homeowner's loaded firearm until he was confronted by a Rocklin police officer nearby. The suspect is wanted in connection with dozens of Bay Area burglaries, where he is known as the Frisbee Bandit because he uses a "lost my Frisbee" ruse when confronted in homeowners' backyards.

Daytime Burglar Caught by Rocklin Police after Extensive Foot Chase
23 year old Rocklin Resident Casey Proctor was arrested by Rocklin police officers after he ran from the scene of a residential burglary with officers in pursuit. The chase and search took place through back yards and a golf course near Stanford Ranch Rd. and Sunset. Police K-9s and aircraft assisted in the search.
