Fire Incident Reports

Who can get a copy of a fire incident report? With certain exceptions, most Rocklin Fire Department incident reports are available for public inspection and are released through the Fire Department's Administrative Office only.

Who is an "involved party?" The following are examples of involved parties. You will be required to present identification to verify your "involved party" status.
When are reports available? Most fire incident reports are available for release 10 working days after the incident.
