Single Family Projects

Hidden Creek

LocationEast side of Sierra College Boulevard, at the intersection of Sierra College and Water Lily Lane.
Description
47 single family lots on 12.83 acres, with lots averaging between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet in size.
Status

22 of 47 homes have been finalized by the City of Rocklin’s Building Division. The remainder of the project is still under construction

Granite Lakes Estates

LocationAt the current western terminus of Greenbrae Road.
Description
119 Single Family lots on 79.82 acres. Snyder Homes is required to construct a bridge over Secret Ravine Creek to connect the project to Monument Springs Road. This bridge must be completed prior to the issuance of the 41st building permit.
Status

Improvements for roads and underground utilities are currently underway. Snyder Homes will most likely be applying for building permits in Late Spring/Early Summer 2006.

Croftwood

LocationSoutheast of Sierra College Boulevard and I-80, access off Sierra College. APN: 045-053-029
Description
156 single family lots on 83.3 acres.
Status

The Improvement Plans for Phase I and II of the project have been approved by the City’s Engineering Division. If Dunmore completes the transaction for the property they would like to begin construction in Summer of 2006.

Whitney Ranch Phase I

971 single family lots 273 acres.
Status

Whitney Ranch Phase I is comprised of 11 large lots that were sold off to different home builders for them to develop, below is a status of each large lot’s development:

74 Single family lots.Lots range in size between 6,000 square feet and 8,000 square feet.
Status

Grupe has not applied for any permits on this project at this time.

13A is 81 single family lots.13B is 50 single family lots. And 13C is 16 single family lots.

Approximately 16 units have been given a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. It is expected that the rest of the project will be completed throughout Late Spring 2006.
