Following are descriptions of single and multi-family housing projects in the City of Rocklin. For more information see the Planning Division's Development Activity Report. The Apartment Survey lists apartment complexes in Rocklin.

Single Family Projects

	Hidden Creek
	Builder	Regis Homes
	Location	East side of Sierra College Boulevard, at the intersection of Sierra College and Water Lily Lane.
	Description	47 single family lots on 12.83 acres, with lots averaging between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet in size.
	Status	22 of 47 homes have been finalized by the City of Rocklin’s Building Division. The remainder of the project is still under construction

	Granite Lakes Estates
	Builder	Snyder Homes
	Location	At the current western terminus of Greenbrae Road.
	Description	119 Single Family lots on 79.82 acres. Snyder Homes is required to construct a bridge over Secret Ravine Creek to connect the project to Monument Springs Road. This bridge must be completed prior to the issuance of the 41st building permit.
	Status	Improvements for roads and underground utilities are currently underway. Snyder Homes will most likely be applying for building permits in Late Spring/Early Summer 2006.

	Croftwood
	Builder	Varied
	Location	Southeast of Sierra College Boulevard and I-80, access off Sierra College. APN: 045-053-029
	Description	156 single family lots on 83.3 acres.
	Status	The Improvement Plans for Phase I and II of the project have been approved by the City’s Engineering Division. If Dunmore completes the transaction for the property they would like to begin construction in Summer of 2006.

	Whitney Ranch Phase I
	Builder	Several (see below), Newland Communities is the master developer
	Location	West of Wildcat Boulevard and South of the Lincoln-Rocklin border.
	Description	971 single family lots 273 acres.
	Status	Whitney Ranch Phase I is comprised of 11 large lots that were sold off to different home builders for them to develop, below is a status of each large lot’s development:

	Builder	Grupe
	Location	At the Northeast corner of Wildcat Boulevard and Ranch View Drive
	Description	70 Single family lots. Lots range in size between 6,000 square feet and 8,000 square feet.
	Status	Currently there are 13 units under construction, with 10 more units under review by the City’s Building Division.

	Unit 12 (Carsten Crossing)
	Builder	Grupe
	Location	Off of Ranch View Drive, to the East of Whitney Ranch Lot 11.
	Description	74 Single family lots.Lots range in size between 6,000 square feet and 8,000 square feet.
	Status	Grupe has not applied for any permits on this project at this time.

	Unit 13A/B/C (Lariat Ridge)
	Builder	Standard Pacific
	Location	At the intersection of Spring Creek Drive and Ranch View Drive
	Description	13A is 81 single family lots.13B is 50 single family lots. And 13C is 16 single family lots.
	Status	Currently there are 16 units under construction, with 8 more units under review by the City’s Building Division.

	Unit 16 (Wisteria)

	Location	At the intersection of Spring Creek Drive and Wild Plains Circle.
	Description	60 single Family Lots
	Status	Currently there are 19 units under construction, with 8 more units under review by the City’s Building Division.

	Unit 20 (Remington)

	Location	At the Northeast corner of the Whitney Ranch Parkway and Spring Creek Drive intersection.
	Description	59 single family lots
	Status	Currently there are 25 units under construction.

	Unit 23 (Caspian Run)

	Location	South of the Whitney Ranch Parkway – Apple Grey Lane intersection.
	Description	92 single family lots
	Status	Currently there are 16 units under construction, with 10 more units under review by the City’s Building Division.

	Unit 25 (Sierra Sky)

	Location	At the Northeast corner of the Wildcat Boulevard and Bridlewood Drive intersection.
	Description	134 single family lots
	Status	Currently there are 26 units under construction.

	Unit 26 (Black Oak)
	Builder	Centex
	Location	At the Southeast corner of the Wildcat Boulevard and Bridlewood Drive intersection.
	Description	78 single family lots. This unit will gated.
	Status	Currently there are 21 units under construction.

	Unit 27 (Twin Oaks)

	Location	To the East of Whitney ranch Unit 25.
	Description	92 single family lots.
	Status	Currently there are 23 units under construction.

	Unit 31
	Builder	None at this time
	Location	South of Bridlewood Drive, to the East of Whitney Ranch Unit 26.
	Description	79 single family lots
	Status	Newland Communities has not sold this unit at this time.

Multi-Family Projects

	Description	94 Condominium Units
	Status	Approximately 16 units have been given a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. It is expected that the rest of the project will be completed throughout Late Spring 2006.

	Terraces at Stanford Ranch
	Builder	Rocklin Partners, LLC
	Location	At the western terminus of Marlee Way
	Description	132 townhomes
	Status	The project is currently under construction.

	Atlantis Townhomes
	Builder	Avant Garde
	Location	At the end of Chalmette Court. (Northwest corner of Sunset-S.Whitney intersection)
	Description	53 townhouses
	Status	Currently under construction, but nearing completion.
