The Home Repair Program offers low interest loans to repair homes including health and safety hazards, weatherization and space or room addition to alleviate overcrowding. Both single-family homes and multi-family dwellings are eligible for assistance.

Who is Eligible?
Residents of the City of Rocklin who own and reside in the home to be rehabilitated qualify for assistance. Rental property owners whose tenants are within the income limits are also eligible.
