The City of Rocklin’s Housing Services is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and goals contained in the Housing Element of the City's General Plan while striving to maintain Rocklin as a desirable community in which to work and live.

The mission of the Rocklin Housing Services is to serve the citizens of Rocklin by:

• Maintaining and improving the quality of existing housing and residential neighborhoods.
• Providing a range of housing types to meet the diverse needs of the community.
• Coordinating with surrounding jurisdictions to address regional housing issues.
