The Statistical Building Report is a yearly summary that provides permitting statistics from 1993 through the present. For the current year, the report is cumulative and updated monthly. It includes building permit activity for residential and nonresidential projects such as single-family residences, multi-family residences, commercial buildings/tenant improvements, swimming pools and spas.
