Seismic Design Category	To be determined in accordance with California Building Code Section 1613 or ASCE 7. Seismic Design Category can be defaulted to "D" where the structure's Occupancy Category is I, II, or III ( per CBC Table 1604.5) and for building sites with no problem foundation subgrade materials including but not limited to Site Class E or F (per CBC Table 1613.5.2), unstable hill side, unconsolidated fill, disturbed subgrade, organic fill or expansive material.
Wind Speed	85 mph (3-second gust), Exposure Category is based on characteristics of Ground Surface Irregularities California Building Code Section 1609 or ASCE 7.
Climate Zone	Zone 11
Rainfall	3 inches per hour minimum for design purposes
