Meet Terry Richardson, the Community Development Director

The City of Rocklin Community Development Department is comprised of the following divisions & services:

• Building / Code Compliance Services
  The Building Division provides building inspections, building permit processing, plan checking, and code compliance.
  
  
• Engineering
  The Engineering Division provides improvement plan checking, mapping, drainage improvement plan checking, and grading inspections.
  
  
• Planning
  The Planning Division provides current and advanced planning services, environmental documentation, and housing programs and administers the City of Rocklin General Plan.
  
  
• Housing
  Housing Services provides low interest First Time Homebuyer programs, Affordable Housing programs, and Housing Rehabilitation programs.
