Rocklin’s City Council is committed to helping citizens obtain current timely information on the City of Rocklin. The City Council places a high priority on regularly communicating with residents and offering a variety of methods for citizens to receive information and communicate with the City.

Public Information Office

The City’s Public Information Office is the primary contact for providing current information to the public, the media and city employees. This office is located in City Hall.

This office publishes the Annual Report mailed to all city residents.

Media Liaison services are also provided here. Press releases are issued and interviews coordinated and scheduled, and information is provided to the media to help reporters get the information they need about the City.

Emergency information coordination for the public and the media is also provided in this office. As emergencies develop, the Public Information Office works closely with the media and the public to provide accurate information as soon as possible.
