The City Clerk is an appointed position.
What does the City Clerk do? - Maintains all official City records
- Prepares City Council, Public Financing Authority, Redevelopment Agency, and other meeting agenda packets
- Handles board and commission vacancies and applications
- Oversees the official bid process
