In accordance with the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, this district was formed following public hearings and landowner elections and approved by more than a two-thirds majority. All taxes are incurred annually. They are levied/collected at the same time as property taxes.

Whitney Ranch Community Facilities District No. 10
	Formed:	2005
	Provides:	Transportation facilities, wastewater system facilities, drainage system facilities, landscaping facilities, and other public improvements necessary to meet the needs of the development within the Whitney Ranch District
	Territories:	Varied While the district’s boundaries are fixed, newly developed areas are annexed into the district on occasion.
	Tax Amount:	Dependent on the original large lots from which a parcel was subdivided
	Expiration Date:	Fiscal year 2035
