The Granite Drive Assessment District was created pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 and confirmed by the City Council in July of 1987.

The Monte Verde/Sierra College Assessment District was created pursuant to proceedings taken under the Refunding Act of 1984 for 1915 Improvement Act Bonds.

Assessments are levied/collected annually at the same time as property taxes for repayment of improvement bonds.

Granite Drive Assessment District

	Provides:	Street, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water service, utilities and street light improvements providing benefit to the properties located within the district’s boundaries. These improvements have been completed.

Monte Verde/Sierra College Assessment District
	Created:	1984
	Provides:	Construction and installation of sewer lines, water lines, and storm drainage improvements to Rocklin Road and Sierra College Boulevard. It also funded traffic signal and improvements at the Rocklin Road/Sierra College Boulevard intersection. These improvements have been completed.
