| Placer Center for Health This project is the first of many new office-related buildings to be built in the Fulcrum Property "Orchard Creek" project. | Staybridge Suites This project is a 98-suite four-story business suites hotel. Staybridge is a Holiday Inn flagged hotel. The project is located on three acres adjacent to the 600,000 sq. ft.
