Commercial Auto Dealerships Rocklin is home to three luxury automobile dealerships - LandRover Rocklin and Niello Porsche and Mercedes Benz . In addition, Lexus has purchased a ten-acre site to build a new dealership. All of these dealerships will be located on Granite Drive. The City is interested in locating more luxury dealerships on Granite Drive and at the future State Highway 65 and Sunset Blvd. and Whitney Ranch Parkway freeway interchanges.

Hotels Rocklin is also home to six hotels in the city. The City is interested in locating more business-oriented hotels developed in the city. There are prime sites and locations available, including sites at the new Sierra College Blvd./I-80 interchange, and along the State Highway 65 corridor at the Sunset Blvd. interchange and the future Whitney Ranch Parkway interchange.
